Commure is hiring a full-time Healthcare Operations Automation Engineer to own and automate manual healthcare workflows, particularly claim-related processes. The role combines product thinking, data analysis, SQL, APIs, scripting, and LLMs to design, test, and operationalize scalable automation systems. The engineer will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Account Management, and customers; build dashboards and reporting pipelines; and improve productivity, quality, and financial outcomes. The position requires at least three years of experience in operations, consulting, or data-heavy technology roles and is based in the Mountain View, California office.
