Expeditors is hiring a healthcare logistics operations manager to oversee Good Distribution Practice (GDP) compliance across warehouse and office operations. The role manages GDP procedures, facility and equipment standards, risk assessments, quarantined or non-compliant healthcare products, audits, document control, training, CAPA, customer quality agreements, healthcare customer implementations, thermal packaging and temperature-controlled equipment, carrier capabilities, and strategic logistics solutions. It also requires customer service, operational process analysis, Microsoft 365 and automation knowledge, technical troubleshooting, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
