Description
The Healthcare Process Risk Senior Associate will support healthcare clients in identifying and addressing business risks through internal audit, enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, and control evaluations. The role covers operational, financial, and administrative process reviews; audit planning and fieldwork; risk and control testing; project management; and supervision of Associates and Interns. It also emphasizes the use of data analytics, artificial intelligence, automation, and GRC solutions to improve audit quality and efficiency. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of healthcare internal audit experience, and knowledge of healthcare regulations and internal control frameworks. It is a hybrid role with a base salary of $101,200 to $140,760.
