NBBJ is hiring a Healthcare Project Architect for its Boston studio to perform architectural design and delivery for new healthcare buildings and alterations, from concept through construction administration. The role involves client collaboration, design development, construction systems and detailing, documentation, coordination of architects and consultants, mentoring, and possible proposal and client-presentation work. Candidates need at least 8 years of architectural experience, an architecture degree, architectural licensure, strong communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to travel; healthcare project experience is desired but not required. The position is based in the United States and offers an annual base salary of $109,000 to $130,000, with 100% covered employee healthcare costs and 401(k) contributions.
