Paladin Security is looking for Healthcare Security Guards to protect hospital sites across the Hamilton and Halton regions. The role involves conducting patrols, monitoring security systems, controlling access, responding to emergencies, de-escalating conflicts, completing incident reports, collaborating with hospital staff, enforcing policies, and deterring unwanted activities. Candidates must hold a valid Ontario Security Guard License, first aid/CPR certification, and complete various immunizations.
