Description
The Home Visitor provides individual and group-based home-based support to young first-time parents, including parenting education, family assessment, screening, referrals, safety and child-development guidance, and coordination with community resources. The role involves local travel to client homes, office-based documentation and supervision, and collaboration with program and community partners. A high school or HiSet equivalent, at least one year of relevant family or infant/young-child experience, communication and assessment skills, and a valid Massachusetts driver's license and reliable vehicle are required; home-visiting, infant mental health, and bilingual qualifications are preferred.
