Healthy Steps Specialist at Berkeley County First Steps

Berkeley County First Steps is hiring a full-time Healthy Steps Specialist to provide early childhood support services at MUSC University Pediatrics Clinics in Hanahan, Moncks Corner, and North Charleston. The role supports parents and families through developmental education, home visits, care coordination, referrals, community collaboration, data tracking, reporting, and participation in quality-improvement and supervision activities. The position requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, knowledge of early childhood development and family systems, strong communication and motivational interviewing skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
