Abramson Labor Group is hiring a full-time Hearing Representative to manage settlement and OSA hearing calendars before the California Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board. The role involves preparing and appearing virtually at settlement hearings, maintaining case files and client communications, resolving OSA matters, negotiating split fees, coordinating with attorneys and settlement staff, and meeting weekly performance targets. Candidates need California workers’ compensation hearing experience, knowledge of WCAB procedure and EAMS e-filing, strong organization, and clear communication; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. The position is remote for candidates residing in California and pays $28.00–$37.00 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision insurance.
