Description
Abramson Labor Group is hiring a full-time Workers' Compensation Hearing Representative to manage a high-volume legal caseload, communicate with relevant parties, attend case-related hearings, maintain case notes, review files, and possibly travel to assigned California Workers' Compensation Appeals Board locations. The role requires knowledge of California Workers' Compensation, familiarity with EAMS, e-filing, and the AME/PQME process, and offers medical, dental, and vision insurance along with paid time off and holidays. Compensation is $30.00–$40.00 per hour, with remote work available to candidates residing in California.
