The Heartline Relatable Responder will provide empathetic, lived-expert peer support to young adult callers affected by New York State child welfare, answering calls, engaging callers, navigating resources, documenting interactions, participating in team activities, and presenting program performance to stakeholders. The role is performed remotely and requires LGBTQ+ community or professional experience, strong communication and documentation skills, computer literacy, peer-support or tele-support experience, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with callers, staff, and statewide agencies.
