Description
The Heat Pump Reconditioning Technician will inspect, clean, test, repair, document, pack, and prepare incoming heat pumps for reuse. The role involves electrical and mechanical testing, software updates, component replacement outside the refrigerant circuit, collaboration with refrigerant specialists, and reporting abnormalities. Candidates should have hands-on or technical training in electrical engineering, mechatronics, refrigeration technology, heating and sanitary systems, or a related field, along with basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical components and reliable technical work habits. The position offers a 35-hour work week, flexitime, vacation, onboarding, training, meals, pension savings contributions, and company bike leasing.
