Beretta is hiring an entry-level Heat Treat Finish Operator I for a second-shift, Monday-through-Friday production role from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The position operates high-voltage heat-treating and finishing equipment, processes firearm parts, monitors production conditions, performs hardness and quality inspections, and handles chemicals and hazardous waste. No prior training is required because on-the-job training is provided, and the role requires physical work in a manufacturing environment with elevated temperatures, noise, and exposure to chemicals and moving machinery.
