BASS is seeking a heat-treatment technician to prepare, execute, monitor, and optimize heat-treatment processes for threaded tools in a company-owned hardening shop. The role includes material testing, furnace-operation training, quality inspections, documentation, and assistance with system maintenance. Candidates should be hands-on, safety-conscious, quality-aware, and willing to learn; prior heat-treatment knowledge is helpful but not required.
