Pracht&Pracht Personal-Consulting GmbH is seeking a permanent Heating and Plumbing System Technician to install, commission, and maintain heat pump systems for a renewable-energy client in the Ludwigsburg area. The role includes pipework, radiator and underfloor heating installation, system dismantling, functional testing, customer instruction, and coordination of materials and site preparation. Candidates need completed training as a Heating and Plumbing System Technician or a comparable qualification, a class B driver’s license, and a customer-oriented, solution-focused approach; heat-pump experience is advantageous. The position offers vacation, performance-based compensation, training, and varied projects.
