Description
Thea Energy is hiring a senior Heating Systems Lead to oversee the design, development, implementation, testing, and operation of plasma heating systems for its fusion devices. The role leads multidisciplinary engineering, science, and technician teams; manages budgets, vendors, procurement, and project delivery; advises on system architecture and diagnostics; and defines heating-system roadmaps for the Eos device and future power plants. The posting seeks a Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, at least 10 years of experience in RF, microwave, or related high-power technologies, and experience leading complex projects. The salary range is $150,000-$240,000, with medical, dental, and vision benefits, equity stock options, and 20 days of paid time off.
