Description
The employer is hiring a Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Technician to plan and size HVAC, heating, chilled-water, and cooling-water trades; coordinate cross-disciplinary planning; prepare bills of quantities; review offers; supervise implementation; and support project draftsmen. The role requires state-certified technician training or a technical degree, plant-engineering and energy-systems experience, knowledge of TGA codes and construction standards, MSR technology familiarity, and a class B driver's license.
