Description
The employer is hiring a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Technician or comparable professional to plan and design HVAC, heating, chilled-water, and cooling-water systems; coordinate planning; prepare bills of quantities; evaluate bids; supervise implementation; and support project draftspeople. The role requires state-certified technician training or a technical degree, plant-construction and energy-systems experience, knowledge of TGA regulations and construction supervision, familiarity with tendering, scheduling, and AutoCAD, and a Category B driving license.
