The employer is hiring a Senior/Mid-Level Estimator to develop detailed heavy civil construction estimates using HeavyBid software, perform Civil 3D and AgTech takeoffs, create custom-unit pricing estimates, and support project growth and estimating strategy. The role requires 8–18+ years of heavy civil or earthwork estimating experience, a bachelor's degree, English fluency, and the ability to work full-time remotely in the United States Mountain Time zone. Compensation is $1,500–$2,500 per month, with two months of training available for a suitable candidate.
