Alaska Marine Trucking is hiring a full-time Heavy Diesel Technician/Mechanic for the night shift in Juneau, Alaska. The role performs maintenance on heavy-duty equipment such as tractors, trailers, and forklifts; assists with major component swaps including hydraulic pumps, engines, and transmissions; and conducts DOT and FMCSA-compliant inspections. The night shift runs from 3:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. Monday through Thursday and includes a $3.00 per hour shift differential. The position requires a TWIC card, physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds, travel, and work in outside weather conditions, and offers medical, dental, vision, prescription, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
