The Heavy-Duty Cleaner performs deep cleaning in the Commons and resident apartments, including apartment turnovers, surface and carpet cleaning, equipment operation, waste removal, and sanitation. The role is part-time on the first shift, working every other weekend from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and pays $18.00 per hour. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while one year of related healthcare or life-care retirement community experience is preferred; the position also requires English proficiency, Microsoft Office knowledge, attention to detail, reliability, and adherence to safety and sanitation procedures.
