EquipmentShare is hiring a Heavy Equipment CDL Driver to transport and deliver equipment from its Odenton, Maryland rental facility. The role operates a Class A CDL-qualified vehicle, follows traffic and safety regulations, loads and unloads equipment, maintains delivery paperwork, performs basic truck service, and arranges trailers for efficient loading. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime after 40 hours and on-call scheduling, and pays $28 to $36 per hour plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Candidates must hold an appropriate commercial driver's license, pass background and drug testing, pass a DOT physical, and be at least 21 years old.
