Description
The employer is hiring an experienced Heavy Equipment/Diesel Mechanic to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and overhaul diesel-powered heavy equipment such as haul trucks, wheel loaders, skid steers, dozers, motor graders, and pickups. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, diesel, hydraulic, and electrical diagnostics, component repairs, welding and torch cutting, work-order documentation, and safety inspections. The role requires 3–5+ years of heavy equipment or diesel mechanic experience, strong troubleshooting skills, experience with hydraulics, electrical systems, and welding, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in industrial or outdoor conditions.
