Description
Eram Talent is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator for a construction project. The role involves operating heavy equipment such as a backhoe, suction truck, dump truck, and boom truck; following project plans and blueprints; performing routine maintenance and inspections; operating equipment safely and efficiently; complying with safety regulations; communicating with workers and supervisors; and maintaining records and reports. The position requires at least three years of heavy equipment operator experience, heavy equipment licensing and certification, knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair, safety knowledge, blueprint-reading ability, communication skills, attention to detail, and teamwork.
