LaRiviere, Inc. is hiring a full-time Heavy Equipment Foreman to work as a field supervisor and heavy equipment operator on heavy civil construction projects in the Coeur d'Alene, Idaho and Spokane, Washington areas. The role plans workflows, schedules manpower and equipment, oversees safety compliance, trains personnel, operates heavy equipment, and assists with manual labor. It requires five years of heavy equipment operating experience, three years of leadership experience on heavy civil construction projects, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to read plans and work with customers, subcontractors, and municipalities. Compensation is $35.00-$42.00 DOE, with medical insurance, paid holidays, PTO, and a 401K.
