Description
The Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technician installs, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains production and facility equipment in an oil and gas sand-mining environment. The role includes emergency and scheduled repairs, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, welding, and preventative maintenance; reading manuals and work orders; using hand and power tools; and participating in an on-call system. Candidates need at least one year of heavy-equipment maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work extended shifts, weekends, overtime, and holidays in outdoor and all-weather conditions.
