Description
Miron Construction Co., Inc. is hiring a full-time Mechanic for its Yard Operations department. The role inspects, diagnoses, repairs, and services construction equipment, diesel trucks, and vehicles; performs preventative maintenance; and conducts diagnostic tests. The position reports to the Small Tool, Vehicle or Equipment Maintenance Manager, requires a high school diploma or equivalent education and experience, and prefers two years of similar experience plus trade certification. The work is primarily in a mechanic shop environment, involves extensive use of hand and power tools, and requires physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds.
