TGS Construction Services LLC is hiring a Heavy Equipment Operator for heavy civil construction, earthwork, site development, and infrastructure projects in the Shreveport, Louisiana area. The role centers on safely operating articulating dump trucks and rollers/compactors, performing daily inspections and minor maintenance, keeping equipment records, and following OSHA, company, and site safety requirements. Candidates should have 3–5+ years of experience in construction equipment operation, a valid driver’s license, and preferably a Class A or B CDL, with the ability to work outdoors in demanding conditions and extended hours.
