Heavy Equipment Operator at Abernethy Contracting

Abernethy Contracting is hiring Heavy Equipment Operators in the Charlotte area to safely and efficiently operate excavators, dozers, and other heavy construction equipment while meeting production targets. The role includes equipment inspections, safety walk-arounds, preventative maintenance, reporting maintenance needs, following foreman directions, and adapting to changing construction-site conditions. Candidates need prior heavy equipment experience, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel within 60–75 miles of the greater Charlotte Metro Area.
