Heavy Equipment Operator at Ari Apartment Management

Carrollwood Farms is hiring a full-time Heavy Equipment Operator for its Sitework & Grading team. The role operates a wide range of heavy equipment, including dozers, loaders, excavators, skid steers, motor graders, and forestry equipment, to perform land development, grading, erosion control, trail building, and related site work. The operator will work under the Superintendent, maintain equipment, and collaborate with a skilled team. The position requires at least five years of commercial sitework and grading experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
