Burns Dirt is hiring a full-time Heavy Equipment Operator in Columbus, Mississippi. The role operates bulldozers, excavators, motorgraders, rollers, haul trucks, loaders, and skid steers for earthwork and civil construction, including clearing, grading, material handling, and site preparation. The operator also performs equipment inspections and preventive maintenance, maintains safety standards, and follows crew directions. At least two years of relevant experience is required, while Trimble GPS or machine-control-system experience is preferred. Applicants must pass drug, background, and MVR screenings and be eligible to work in the United States.
