Description
The Heavy Equipment Operator will operate a wide range of plant mobile equipment, including trucks, loaders, dozers, motor graders, forklifts, and backhoes, to load, transport, stockpile, strip, level, and maintain materials and haul roads for cement production. The role also includes equipment inspection and servicing, safety compliance, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and work as directed by plant supervisory personnel. Applicants need two years of heavy-equipment operator experience, the ability to obtain a CDL, basic mechanical aptitude, and the ability to perform daily inspections and servicing.
