Heavy Equipment Operator at LaRiviere

LaRiviere, Inc. is hiring a full-time Heavy Equipment Operator for heavy civil work in the Coeur d'Alene, Idaho and Spokane, Washington areas. The role operates loaders, excavators, rollers, dozers, bobcats, water trucks, and other construction equipment; assists with labor tasks; and requires effective communication, safe operation in all weather, and physical work involving lifting and repetitive motion. The position reports to a Job Foreman and Superintendent, may require overtime and travel, and offers lodging and per diem. Compensation is $22.00–$40.00 DOE, with company-paid medical insurance, paid holidays, PTO, and automatic 401K contributions.
