Spiniello is hiring a full-time, field-based Heavy Equipment Operator in Baltimore to repair and replace underground water, sewer, and storm utilities. The role involves operating excavators, backhoes, and skid steers; excavating in varied soil and confined urban conditions; performing equipment inspections and routine care; following safety and OSHA requirements; coordinating with foremen and utility crews; and driving rubber-tired equipment when needed. Candidates need at least five years of utility construction experience, knowledge of water, sanitary waste, or storm water systems, and the ability to work outdoors and overtime.
