Description
Turner Mining Group is hiring a Heavy Equipment Operator to drive excavators, haul trucks, dozers, and loaders on active surface mines and quarries. The role focuses on moving assigned material volumes, maintaining safety and equipment availability, meeting grade and pit-design specifications, reducing idle time and fuel waste, and mentoring less-experienced operators. The operator reports to the Site Superintendent, works 10–12-hour shifts across Midwest and regional projects, and may travel between sites.
