Heavy Equipment Operator at Whitaker Construction

Whitaker Construction is hiring a full-time Heavy Equipment Operator to operate and maintain construction equipment such as loaders, backhoes, trackhoes, articulated trucks, scrapers, motor graders, bulldozers, rollers, and skid steers. The role includes excavation, grading, backfilling, site preparation, equipment inspection and maintenance, utility detection, crew communication, and safe equipment storage. Candidates need at least three years of heavy equipment operator experience with multiple equipment types, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work long hours and outside conditions.
