WM is hiring a Heavy Equipment Operator for its waste disposal and recycling facilities in Homer, Georgia. The role operates bulldozers, scrapers, and front-end loaders; performs equipment inspections and preventative maintenance; moves raw materials and finished components; and follows safety and operating procedures. The position offers a starting salary of $20 per hour, stable Monday–Friday and Saturday hours, healthcare and other benefits, and requires at least one year of heavy equipment experience, U.S. work eligibility, and successful drug and physical screening.
