GrizzlyTrek Group Ltd. is hiring an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator (Excavator) for long-term, rotational heavy civil earthworks in the Fort McMurray region. The role operates 336 and 470 class excavators on lease construction, access roads, pads, culvert installation, reclamation, and ice road construction, with 12-hour day and night shifts and rotations of 14/7 or 21/7. Compensation starts at $35.00 to $40.00 per hour based on verified seat time, with camp, room and board, and flights from Calgary or Edmonton provided. Applicants need at least three years of recent seat time on the specified excavators, relevant safety certifications, a valid driver's licence, and CSA-approved safety boots.
