Caton Construction Group is hiring a full-time Equipment Operator to work on a roadway construction project in Farmville, Virginia. The role operates medium and heavy equipment such as bulldozers, backhoes, road graders, and front-end loaders; moves, grades, digs, hoists, and maintains equipment; and follows safety and security standards. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and four years of medium- and heavy-equipment experience, with a driver’s license required and a valid CDL preferred. It is scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with overtime, possible overnight travel, and weekend work.
