Caton Construction Group is hiring full-time Equipment Operators for a roadway construction project in Fluvanna County, Virginia. The role operates bulldozers, backhoes, road graders, and front-end loaders; moves, grades, digs, and hoists materials; performs equipment inspections and preventive maintenance; and follows safety standards. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and four years of medium- and heavy-equipment experience, with a driver’s license required and a valid CDL preferred. It is scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with overtime, possible overnight travel, and weekend work.
