Description
A direct-placement, permanent full-time Heavy Equipment Operator will operate CAT 930 rubber-tire wheel loaders and CAT 963 track loaders on civil construction and earthwork sites in Front Royal, Virginia. Responsibilities include material transport, truck loading, stockpile management, pipe and aggregate movement, utility crew support, backfilling, debris clearing, haul-road smoothing, work-zone setup, equipment inspections and greasing, maintenance reporting, and coordination with site personnel to maintain safe operations. Applicants need at least two years of heavy-loader or earthmoving experience, a valid driver's license, CAT equipment knowledge, hazard awareness, communication skills, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
