Caton Construction Group is hiring a full-time Heavy Equipment Operator for a bridge/roadway project in Hickory, North Carolina. The role operates excavators, dozers, bulldozers, backhoes, road graders, and front-end loaders; moves, grades, digs, hoists, and maintains equipment; and follows safety and security standards. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and four years of medium- and heavy-equipment experience, with a valid CDL preferred. It is scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with possible overtime, weekend work, and local or overnight travel.
