Description
Amazon is hiring a Heavy Maintenance Technical Execution Manager to own the technical execution of heavy maintenance programs across its AIR fleet, including B767, B737, and A330 aircraft. The role provides floor-level governance from workscope validation through return-to-service, reviews airworthiness directives and engineering findings, manages on-site third-party and program-manager execution, and makes real-time technical, cost, and airworthiness decisions. It requires extensive commercial aviation maintenance and engineering experience, an FAA Airframe & Powerplant license, and experience with transport-category aircraft in a Part 121 environment. The position is based in Erlanger, Kentucky, with up to 20% annual travel to domestic and international MRO facilities.
