CIMA+ is hiring a Heavy Mechanical Engineer to perform preliminary or detailed design of heavy mechanical equipment and special projects, select components, manage projects, conduct feasibility and field studies, prepare tender plans and specifications, and provide technical support during project execution. The role requires a mechanical engineering degree, OIQ registration eligibility, at least five years of mechanical design experience, knowledge of hydropower and dam sectors, 3D design and finite element analysis software skills, and proficiency in French and English. It offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement in Quebec, with work from home or from offices in Québec City, Saguenay, Sherbrooke, or Montréal.
