Description
Whitehaven Coal is hiring a maintenance professional at Tarrawonga Mine to service, diagnose, and repair heavy mining equipment, especially Hitachi EH4000-2/3 electric-drive haul trucks. The role performs preventative and unplanned maintenance across workshop and field environments, diagnoses high-voltage electrical faults, and follows safety, statutory, and site standards. It involves a 5:4 rotating dayshift/nightshift roster and requires electrotechnology certification, a current high-voltage electrical licence, mining experience with electric-drive trucks, a driver’s licence, and willingness to complete an Order 45 medical.
