The employer is hiring a Heilerziehungspfleger (Special Needs Care Worker) or equivalent for the Peine Day Support Center. The permanent role starts immediately and runs 39 hours per week as a Pedagogical Staff Member. Responsibilities include group activities and programs, individual support and guidance, serving as a contact for interns and voluntary-service participants, independent administrative work, and collaboration with families, colleagues, external contacts, and authorities. Qualifications include special-needs care, education, occupational therapy, geriatric nursing, physiotherapy, nursing, or family caregiving experience; professional experience with the target group is preferred. The position offers TVöD-equivalent working conditions, a gross monthly salary of €3,509.44–€3,976.82 depending on qualifications and experience, and additional benefits.
