Description
The Home Care Assistant supports residents with household and personal care, meal preparation and service, cleaning of care equipment, documentation, laundry, and participation in resident events. The role requires completed home-care training, communication and teamwork, physical and psychological resilience, and basic computer skills. It is a full-time position of 37 hours per week with a base salary of €2,494.30 excluding variable allowances, plus employee benefits including a subsidized health insurance, free lunch, and training opportunities.
