HelloConnect is hiring a Fulfillment Operations Analyst to own the end-to-end processing and fulfillment of customer orders. The role validates order data, manages exceptions and inventory changes, monitors deadlines, analyzes operational data, maintains reports and documentation, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and improve accuracy and efficiency. Candidates should have at least two years of professional experience in fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, data operations, or a related field, along with strong analytical, Excel or Google Sheets, communication, and investigative skills.
