HelloConnect is hiring a Shared Services Team Lead to manage the daily operational execution of human resources shared services, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee lifecycle data, HRIS management, offboarding, service quality, SLAs, reporting, process standardization, and team performance. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of shared-services or startup team leadership experience, expertise in Workday or similar systems, and flexibility to cover the EST shift, holidays, and weekends.
