IntelliPro is hiring a Help Desk Technician for a contract of 3+ months in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, paying $25–29 per hour. The role provides client-facing IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, applications, and networking issues; installing and configuring software and print drivers; monitoring systems; documenting and escalating issues; and delivering customer-focused service.
