Jaynes Corporation is hiring a full-time IT Help Desk Technician to provide first-level technical support through phone, email, chat, and in-person assistance. The role covers hardware, software, network, connectivity, application, and security troubleshooting; device and printer configuration; user account and access management; help-desk ticketing; onboarding and offboarding; asset and license administration; equipment distribution; user training; documentation; and IT projects. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, two to four years of relevant help desk or desktop support experience, and knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, business applications, and computer hardware. The salary range is $20.00 to $36.00 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, HSA, retirement, and other benefits available to regular full-time employees.
